Searching for a way out, we graduated from “sustainability” to “resilience,” just to rapidly recognize that even the latter is too weak when we can’t build strengths in advance to balance the unknown compound effect of what is coming at us. E.g., cross-impact of wars, energy crisis, food crisis, refuge crisis, and so on, on one hand, and the meta-crises of meaning, leadership, and the dwindling trust in institutions, on the other hand.

How can we create conditions in the present for future states of our communities, organizations, and social systems, in which they can rebound stronger even when hit by unexpected adversities?
